Starting as a paralegal, he now specializes in immigration law, family law, and municipal court matters. A Rutgers University alumnus, Zachary earned his Juris Doctor from Drexel University. His passion for the law is rooted in personal history—inspired by his parents’ immigration to the U.S., he is driven by the quest to create opportunities for others, just as his parents sought for their family.

He stays ahead of legal trends and continuously expands his knowledge through seminars and conferences to better serve his clients. This value system was instilled in him by his mentor and mother, Marta Cruz Gold, the founder of the firm whose legacy he proudly carries forward as a guiding light in his practice.

He ensures client privacy with rigorous confidentiality practices and encrypted systems.
